A. Yes. If customers request it, we provide airport pick-up/drop-off service at an additional cost. To receive this service, please request it when making your room reservation.
A. Outside food is only permitted when using the function room/pool villa. Consumption is restricted to the function room/pool villa. A separate fee will be charged for bringing in outside food and alcoholic beverages, except for those using the function room/pool villa. Furthermore, to maintain water quality, eating and drinking near the pool is prohibited.
A. Yes, we do. Special days are even better with special food! Please contact our staff when reserving the function room, and we'll be happy to assist you.
A. Cash payments are accepted in Peso only. For credit card payments, Korean Won (KRW) bank transfers, or currency exchange requests, please contact the front desk.
A. Complimentary parking is available to hotel and resort guests, restaurant (Eel Garden) customers, and Kawaspa & Massage customers. For parking-related inquiries, please contact the front desk.
A. Yes! The following rules apply when using the pool:
◎ Please shower before entering the pool.
◎ Swimwear (shorts for men, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits for women) and a swimming cap (especially for those with long hair) are required. Casual clothing (especially clothing with gold or silver glitter prints or excessive accessories) is prohibited. Also, please refrain from wearing earrings or necklaces while using the pool, as they may be lost.
◎ Please leave valuables (cell phones, wallets, expensive accessories, etc.) with a companion when using the pool. Always be mindful of your belongings. Phil Oasis Hotel & Resort is not responsible for any loss caused by user negligence.
◎ The pool area is slippery, so please refrain from playing or running.
◎ As there are no lifeguards, all pool users must exercise caution for their own safety. Parents (or guardians) are responsible for the safety of children, so please always keep a close eye on your children while they are playing in the water.
◎ Intoxicated persons are prohibited from entering the pool.
◎ Pets are not allowed in the pool.
◎ Eating or drinking is prohibited near the pool.
◎ Glass bottles or glass products are prohibited near the pool.
◎ Pool hours are 8:00 AM (08:00) to 10:00 PM (22:00).
◎ Phil Oasis Hotel & Resort is not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow the pool rules.
A. The function room can accommodate 100 to 120 people. Fifteen round tables, each seating eight, can be set up around the stage. Please contact us and we will provide guidance on table settings to suit your desired event.
